For us? Nope, all about the school district. With one kid here and the possibility of 2 more, private school plus college isn't in our budget, so it'll be public school which would make that house less desirable. Plus, I adore our current neighbors who all live here for our school district, and I want my kiddos to grow up with like minded families around us (as much as possible!). We did look at a few really old, victorian houses in our town that we LOVED, but definitely the wrong schools and therefore, came off our list!
